This update aims to help recruiters easily track candidates based on their actions. Here&#8217;s what you need to know:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong>: Addressing the challenge of accommodating various recruiter personas, including blue-collar and white-collar recruiters, we wanted to offer recruiters workflow options with horizontal tabs and sub-tabs on the employer dashboard to see candidates based on their actions easily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong>: The new tabs and sub-tabs will segregate candidates based on the recruiter&#8217;s actions, making it easier for them to manage candidate profiles.
