Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist


Location: Bharatpur


Department: Human Resources


Reports To: HR Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Candidate Management:


Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.

Collaboration:


Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Job Postings:


Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Ensure job postings are compelling and align with the company’s brand and culture.

Data Management:


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to HR management.

Onboarding:


Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Employer Branding:


Promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience in the IT sector is preferred.
