Responsibilities of candidate include: Roles and Responsibilities: • This position shall have adequate knowledge of the cuisine and previous experience of working in organised setups and reputed restaurant/hotel chains. • Should maintains daily mis-en-place and prepares certain food items for the following days duties. • Should have in depth knowledge of the cuisine. • Should prepares and services all food items according to standard operating procedures and ensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items. • Monitors related equipment, reporting any problems or inconsistencies to the CDP and performs other related duties as required. Minimum Qualification: • Should be a hotel management graduate or diploma hold. • Should have minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Commi II/III.
