Designation: Content Writing Expert


Salary: 3.5LPA to 5LPA


Position Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced content writing expert to join our team and provide support for our Language Model (Gujarati) and Generative AI initiatives. As a content writing expert, you will play a key role in enhancing the content generating capabilities of AI systems, ensuring meaningful, accurate and contextually appropriate language generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in short & long formats of writing, strong editing and content review skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Required Qualifications and Skill Sets:


·     Bachelorsr’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.


·     High proficiency in English Language (Writing and Speaking) and Gujarati Language (Writing and Speaking)


·     Experience in writing high quality content in various genres, styles, and formats, such as news, features, social media, or marketing copy.


·     Ability to understand and adapt to the writing style of client guidelines and policies.


·     Understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and natural language processing, and a keen interest in exploring their potential applications in content creation.


·     Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data.


·     Passion for language, creativity, and innovation, and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI-generated content.


·     Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work through problems systematically.


·     Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities


·     To write, rewrite, edit and enhance the content for clarity and correctness as per the given guidelines.


·     To review summaries to ensure 100% quality and usability for model training.


·     Collaborate with client product team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements while calibrating with the program stakeholders.


·     Develop training content and define guidelines to address any gaps in documentation.


·     Conduct research and analysis to identify and address language-related challenges and improve the performance of AI models, if necessary.


·     Provide guidance, training and mentorship to writers sharing expertise and helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
