Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer queries, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the property buying, selling, and rental process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
• Schedule property visits and client meetings.
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and property status.
• Assist in closing deals by ensuring smooth coordination.
• Generate daily and weekly customer interaction reports.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred.
