Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executive, Fluent English for our fashion brand. Handle queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Email & Calls, assist with orders & delivery, and follow up on abandoned carts to close sales. Both domestic and international calls will be there.
Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months.
Post-Internship Employment: After successful completion of the internship, the company may offer a full-time position for a minimum period of 1 year (based on performance and requirement).
Stipend During Internship: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
Salary After Internship: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on performance).
Office Timing : Monday to Saturday - 10.30 to 7.00 pm (Sunday is off)
