Job Description:

Heaven Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in New Maninagar, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers
• Understand client requirements and offer solutions that align with their needs
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve individual and team targets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure post-sales support
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and developments
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market will be an advantage
