yWe are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate with technicians, schedule installations/maintenance visits, and ensure timely customer support. The candidate should possess good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for daily service activities
• Schedule installation, maintenance, and repair visits
• Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
• Follow up with clients regarding service status and feedback
• Ensure timely closure of service tickets
• Coordinate with inventory/store team for spare parts availability
• Prepare daily and monthly service reports
• Maintain proper communication between clients and technical teams
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) coordination if applicable
• Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Coordination and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP/CRM)
• Problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Time management and reporting skills
• Qualification
• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Diploma or technical background preferred
• Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination/customer support
