Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers in a professional and polite manner, and providing accurate information about products, services, offers, and ongoing schemes. The candidate should be able to generate leads, follow up with customers, maintain customer records, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service. The Telecaller must have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to convince and build strong customer relationships. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage. The candidate should be punctual, target-oriented, and capable of handling customer queries and complaints effectively.
