Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, guide clients through the visa process for student, visitor, and spouse visas, and achieve set performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Provide counselling and guidance to clients regarding visa options for countries including Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Germany.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa programs based on eligibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, embassy procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Follow up with leads, manage client records, and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain the company’s professional image.
• Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
• Previous experience in visa counselling, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Germany.
• Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle clients professionally.
