We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account cum Administration Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both financial and administrative functions within our organization. You will be responsible for handling various financial tasks while also assisting in general administrative duties. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential for success in this position. Responsibilities: Accounting: Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with external accountants and auditors during financial reviews. Administration: Assist in the management of office operations, Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, records maintenance, and leave management. Maintain and update company databases and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) in both accounting and administrative roles. Strong understanding of financial principles, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to accounting and administration is a plus.
