We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team.

🔹 Job Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, GST compliances, DGFT-related processes, and client coordination. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📘 Accounting & Compliance

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate records.

Manage GST processes including:

GST registration

GST return filing

Drafting and responding to GST notices

Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for internal and statutory purposes.

📘 DGFT & Export–Import Activities

Apply for various DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) licenses.

Draft communications and correspondence with the DGFT department.

Ensure accurate and timely execution of DGFT-related tasks.

📘 Client Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with clients for required documentation and clarifications.

Provide regular updates regarding compliance deadlines and submissions.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills Required

🎓 Education

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

📝 Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, and Income Tax.

Basic understanding of Export–Import procedures and Foreign Trade Policy.

Proficiency in Tally, GST software, and Income Tax software.

Efficient use of MS Word & Excel.

💼 Soft Skills

Strong communication and email drafting skills.

Good command of English.

Learning mindset with the ability to adapt and grow.

Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
