Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant for our Martino’z Foods Pvt. Ltd. Godown who can handle complete inventory, billing, and warehouse accounting operations. The candidate must ensure accurate stock control, timely bill entries, and proper order dispatch based on batch numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and stock control for the entire godown.
  • Maintain daily stock reports and conduct physical stock verification (cycle count).
  • Enter all purchase bills and sale bills in the accounting/ERP system.
  • Ensure order loading as per batch numbers and follow FIFO/FEFO for dispatch.
  • Monitor incoming stock, check quantity & quality, and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Received Note) and stock register.
  • Support supplier invoice reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and party balance checking.
  • Maintain documentation for store inward & outward entries.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly audits and prepare variance reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth stock movement and order management.
  • Assist with GST-related documents and basic financial entries.
  • Handle any other required godown-related or accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Accounts) or equivalent.

  • 1–4 years of experience in Warehouse Accounting / FMCG / QSR / Inventory Management preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or any ERP system.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Experience with batch tracking, stock audits, and dispatch management is an advantage.
