Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Admin Executive to monitor and control our day to day activities. Since we’re currently expanding, we need a strong candidate who is excited about the opportunity to manage and improve the performance of an increasingly large network. Roles and Responsibilities: • Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities. • Maintaining and updating data. • Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation • Helping the department heads as and when required • Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Arts or its equivalent • Min. 01 years of proven experience in a similar role • Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must • Proficiency in MS Office is a must Key Preferable: • Communication skills • Time management skills • Experience with Microsoft Office • Technology skills • The ability to work independently Experience: 0-2 Years No. of Vacancy: 02
