Arcade Technician

Roles and Responsibilities – Arcade Technician1. Machine Maintenance & Repair

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on arcade machines, rides, and equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Replace faulty components, wiring, sensors, switches, and mechanical parts.

2. Installation & Setup

• Install new arcade machines and ensure proper configuration and functioning.
• Assist in relocating, assembling, or dismantling equipment as required.

3. Troubleshooting

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and service requests from the operations team.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, or software-related issues and resolve them efficiently.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all machines comply with company safety standards.
• Maintain safe working practices while handling tools, wiring, and equipment.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain service logs, repair records, and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Report major issues, repeated breakdowns, or parts requirements to the Technical Manager.

6. Customer Support

• Assist customers when machines malfunction during operation.
• Ensure minimal disruption to customer experience by resolving issues quickly.

7. Inventory & Parts Management

• Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requests when replenishment is needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

8. Coordination with Store Team

• Work closely with store managers, supervisors, and CSR teams for machine performance updates.
• Provide feedback on frequently occurring issues and suggest long-term solutions.
