Responsibilities: 1.     Generate CAD models for pumps and other mechanical parts  2.     Understanding the engineering design and drawings 3.     Transforming client sketch blueprints and design plans into computer generated models using CAD software. 4.     DRAWING ISSUE / CONTROL- Make and maintain the list of drawings register and 5.     DOCUMENTATION- Prepare offer related technical documents for QC and QA for internal and external purposes 6.     OTHER TASKS- Go on calls with the technician for data gathering on site whenever needed Understanding Pump Construction, design, assembly and servicing of pumps (training will be provided) Other additional / allied jobs as directed by Reporting manager You may be required to work as part of a team or individually on a project Key Skills 1.     Basic knowledge of Engineering Drawing Fundamentals Centrifugal Pumps & its Designing Metallurgy 2.     Working Experience / Proficiency in working on AUTO CAD ( Intermediate Proficiency ) 3.     Knowledge of SOLID WORKS or, Any other tools will be desired 4.     Attention to detail and 5.     Reporting directly to the technical head of the company 6.     Will usually work at our office only, but will at times need to fulfil travel requirements and work on-site for design data collection
