Responsibilities of candidates includes: - Performing basic admin duties including emailing, quotation, invoicing, ordering, tracking etc. - Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. - Assisting the Front Office team. - Organizing and updating calendars. - Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills. - Assisting and supporting management.
