Keen to work thoroughly on lead generation, and cold calling and should be able to understand the market (different regions) and can work with different tactics. Roles and Responsibility: - Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior Business Development Executive should be able to identify markets, Hunt & Acquire new Customers. - Have knowledge about IT Domain - Perform post-contract follow-up and post-sales reviews. - Build referral and lead generation network (Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms - Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover; Qualifications / Desired Skills Required: - Communication Skills English, Hindi & Gujarati. - Ability to confidently present to external clients on call - Must have handy knowledge of IT domain especially Website & telesales. - Work experience with the Domestic clients - Good convincing skills - Persistence in client communication to maintain long-term relationships and Ensuring superior customer service levels
