Job description: Roles and Responsibilities Marking and preparing the site for construction Ensure that proper utilization in terms of labor, material, and machinery To manage the issues with the labor/Sub Contractor and escalate the major issues to the concerned authorities To support the quality department in giving and making samples of the concrete and material To Supervise & work execution To check the concrete mix, proportion for Mortar etc. Checking site preparedness for work execution Ensuring output from labor/workers/ Getting the Executing of Layout works.
