Job Description
Position: Councillor and Admin Management Key Responsibilities: Sales & BD, Operations: • Generate walk ins, ensure footfalls at branch • Maintaining robust follow up and conversion procedures Training to the branch staff: • Supervise counselling & help counsellors to handle difficult customers • Ensure counsellors follow up with the customers as per the criticality of the leads generated Accounts/ Admin/ Front office: • Ensure customers are guided to the right team when they visit the branch Skills Required: • Graduate/ Post graduate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Vibrant, energetic, self-starter. • Excellent written & verbal communication • Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 30,0000/- – 3,60,000/-per year Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Flexible schedule • Internet reimbursement • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Schedule: • Day shift • Flexible shift • Monday to Sunday (one week off) • Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: • Joining bonus • Performance bonus • Quarterly bonus • Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: • Iskon cross road ,Ahmedabad Experience: • total work: 2-3years (Required)
