Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Channels such as Instagram / Facebook and YouTube shall be monitored making sure timely responses are given. You are required to be extremely active during Campaigns / Launches / Sale Events You will be required to connect with the customer through telephone and E-Mails when and if required. Liking the Story with Tags as per our Parameter. Forwarding the profiles/messages to the required teams as per Parameter. Work towards enhancing and building the organization’s reputation. Response time to be within 1hr during Working hours for both Comments and DMs and be regularly available with your responses. Ensure that customer satisfaction commitments are met by strictly checking the TAT.
