Job Description
Its travel and tourism
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel inquiries
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel policies, and pricing
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels for bookings and changes
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Upsell and cross-sell travel packages and services
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
