Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: • Prospect and convert sales through various channels such as call, WhatsApp, SMS leads generated through website inquiries. • Identify potential customers and their needs, and convert them into sales. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies. • Present product/service offerings to prospects via phone calls. • Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines. • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven 2-4 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of online sales techniques and strategies. • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools. • Experience in the jewellery industry online sales is a plus.
