Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems, Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers. Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers Provide software technical telephone and remote/online support. Good analytical and reporting skills with good • managing customer relationship • communicating with customers • ensuring sales growth • building sales strategies.
