We combine expertise and knowledge of industry talents with smart work of young and dynamic professionals to provide value added, professional, cutting edge Insurance and risk management services to the clients Customer service executive: Job Responsibilities • Answer chats/E-mails/inbound calls or make outbound calls professionally to provide information about products and services • Promoting Insurance services of company • Listen and respond to customer’s needs and concerns • Handle complaints and escalations • Record customer query and actions taken • Resolving client queries within the defined time frame • t would also involve reaching out to the heads of the departments to ensure the customer worry is resolved within the stipulated timeframe [I Care for you model - ICU] • Interact with clients and build relationship with them while ensuring their needs are being meet • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner Requirements Experience: • 1-2 years of experience as a customer service executive in any financial firm Qualification: • Graduate with basic knowledge of stock trading, financial markets, securities firms, AMC, insurance, etc. Skills: • Ability to work in teams • Fluency in Hindi, English is a must and a regional language preferred • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) • Possess good organizational and time management skills • Should have knowledge of how financial firm operate and basic knowledge of financial markets • Experience in handling ticketing systems. • Problem solving skills • Proactive • Critical thinking • Interactive CTC: As Per Experience & Industry Standards
