Job Description
Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving CCTV/IT Controller (Preferably ITMS projects/Smarty city projects) 1. Monitoring operations of CCTV cameras on stations, sampling of the resources deployed on stations for uniform and availability, bus disruption events on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 2. Monitoring the traffic violation events on real time basis. 3. Dealing with external appellants with FIR reports for requirement related to CCTV footage and its associated work for footage verification and analysis. 4. Coordination with the AJL field team, L1 team (IT) for verification of the events occurred. 5. Activities related to IMS controller. 6. Generation of the CCTV operations summary reports and providing it to the shift supervisor on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Call Center Controller (Preferably ITMS projects/Smarty city projects) 1. Attending calls related to card(e.g. Recharge, etc.), bus route information, application issues, bus and station staff related issues, theft issues, bus and station equipment issues, misbehaviour issues. 2. Verification and Validation of the complaints received by passengers via call, CCTV cameras, Field SPOC, Client 3. Activities related to IMS controller. 4. Handling WhatsApp account and solving complaints and issues raised by the commuters.
