🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

🌞 Sunday: Weekly off (Overtime paid if working on Sunday)

📝 Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / Computer Operator who can professionally handle customer queries and provide accurate information about our company, products, and services. This is a non-sales role — no outbound or sales calls are required.

The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills and a good understanding of how to manage communication and documentation efficiently.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Handle incoming customer support queries via phone or other channels
• Enter and manage data using basic computer systems
• Maintain communication records and assist in daily operations
• Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

🎓 Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English as applicable)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or similar tools)
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but freshers can apply
• Ability to learn and explain company products clearly
