Job Title: Digital Operations & Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized team member to manage digital operations, basic IT-related tasks, and telecalling sales activities while coordinating closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience in freight forwarding and logistics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day digital and administrative operations.
• Handle basic IT-related tasks, including software setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with service providers when required.
• Conduct telecalling activities for lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer service.
• Maintain customer records, reports, and digital databases.
• Assist in preparing quotations, documentation, and operational updates.
• Support business development and client relationship management activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and telecalling skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet applications, and common business software.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations will be preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also apply.
