Draughtsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Draftsman to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in technical drafting for construction projects and a comprehensive understanding of building bylaws and development control regulations.

Responsibilities·       Create detailed working drawings, technical specifications, and site coordination drawings.

·       Ensure designs comply with local building bylaws, regulations, and development control rules.

·       Preparing detailed drawings specifically required for submission to local authorities for plan approval and sanction (Plan Passing Drawings).

·       Maintaining proper organisation and documentation of all drawing files, revisions, and project records.

Required Skills·       Minimum 2 year of drafting experience in architectural drawings.

·       Expert-level command of AutoCAD software for technical drafting.

·       Strong understanding of technical construction details, structural requirements, and material specifications.

·       Good knowledge of building bylaws, development control regulations, and local authority approval processes.

·       Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Eligibility Criteria·       Associate's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related technical field.

·       Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural/construction drafting is preferred (Fresher with a strong portfolio may be considered).

·       A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing accuracy is highly desirable.
