Role Overview:

The Shopify Operations Intern will support website management, product updates, store optimization, and performance reporting to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shopify Management & Operations

 Manage product listings (uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory sync).

 Update collections, banners, homepage sections, and menus.

 Ensure accurate SKU mapping and inventory alignment with Unicommerce.

2. Design & Content Updates

 Coordinate with the design team for creatives and collection launches.

 Implement basic Shopify theme edits and layout changes.

 Ensure mobile-friendly UI and brand-consistent visuals.

3. App & Plugin Management

 Manage third-party app integrations and troubleshoot minor issues.

4. Performance & Conversion Optimization

 Monitor website performance, speed, and report bugs for quick resolution.

5. Analytics & Reporting

 Track key store metrics: sales, traffic, funnel drop-offs, AOV, conversions.

 Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
