Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Executive to coordinate visits to government offices across Gujarat, manage follow-ups, and support ongoing administrative processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to communicate professionally with officials and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit designated government offices within Gujarat for document submission, collection, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with government personnel to track progress on applications or approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, updates, and communication outcomes.
• Provide timely reports to the internal team on pending and completed tasks.
• Represent the organization professionally in all external interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Willingness and ability to travel across the state of Gujarat.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact confidently with government officials.
• Basic understanding of administrative procedures (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Prior experience in fieldwork or government liaison activities.
• Knowledge of the Gujarati and Hindi languages.
