Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling electrical automation products such as sensors, industrial blowers, PID controllers, and a strong understanding of B2B portals like IndiaMART. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting our products to maximize sales and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers for electrical automation products.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including B2B portals like IndiaMART, industry events, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Visit clients on-site to demonstrate products, provide technical advice, and secure sales.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure sales.
  • Provide post-sales support and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  1. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote electrical automation products.
  • Utilize B2B portals like IndiaMART to create product listings, manage inquiries, and enhance product visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online content.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate leads.
  1. Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements, new product development, and market expansion.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies and promotional offers based on market analysis.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing of electrical automation products.
  • Familiarity with B2B portals, particularly IndiaMART.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
