We are looking for an Accountant to join our growing Cosmetic & Ayurvedic manufacturing company situated at Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad, in order to provide support to the financial department by managing daily, weekly & monthly accounting tasks. In this role, you will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. Your goal is to contribute the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success. 

Responsibilities:

Daily tally entries and account book management of payables and receivables. Communication to the suppliers regarding the invoice and payment. Generate invoice and E Waybills, processing GST & TDS return. Assist in reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned by the manager. Assist manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when ever required. Work in bank reconciliation and bank payment.

Requirements:

Sound knowledge in accounting. Proven Work Experience as an Accountant. 3+ years of experience will be considered. Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, Tally ERP and Bill Generation are preferred. Excellent communication skill. Ability to work well with a team. Education: B. Com / M. Com or master’s in accounting or related field.
