Job Description: Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to: • Scheduling for tax engagements received from various US offices • Updating the staff schedules from time to time • Maintain technology used to manage pipeline and staffing details • Maintain and upkeep shared resource management email folder • Project manage to ensure proper tax team structures • Assist in streamlining resource management throughout the office • Communication with all levels, from staff through partners • Work closely with multiple managers to complete scheduling assignments • Additional clerical and administrative functions
