Responsibilities includes: • hiring candidates • ensuring business needs for hiring are met • must have experience in hiring at multiple levels • manage vendors for the office • billing management for multiple things (phone, internet, F&B) • Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing) • Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails • Running errands to the post office or supply store • Arranging meetings, appointments, and executive travel • Answering phone calls and taking messages • Maintaining folders on servers • Recording meeting minutes • Liaising with teams and units • Tracking petty cash • Covering reception Administrative tasks are duties related to maintaining an office setting. These duties vary widely from workplace to workplace but most often include tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining organized file systems for the organization. As an HR cum admin executive you'd have to manage HR operations and also shoulder additional responsibilities of running the whole department, if not the whole office.
