Responsibilities of candidates include: End to End Recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, Selection and on Boarding the candidate. Closed Various Positions through Head Hunting. Managing Joining formalities right from getting the joining form filled, Enrolling the finger access, briefing about organization policies. Preparing and issuing of offer, appointment, confirmation and experiences well as service excellence letter Bank account opening formalities Onboarded the HRMS to be given in the Induction to all the New Joinees. Welcome mail and Employee Manual Book to send all new joiners. Managing employee Data base and maintaining dashboards in the area of Sick leaves, casual leaves, privilege leave Maintaining & updating Employee’s documentation and filing Maintaining Employee attendance, reports, certificates, etc. Tracking absconding employee’s details, send Absent alert mails, Termination Mails. Designed and implemented the various HR policies like Forgotten ID Card, Harassment, clean desk and Rehire policies. Employee Engagement Activities: Birthday celebrations Festive celebrations (conducting the fun games and Ethnic wear) Payroll Processing (Attendance to Final Pay out) Knowledge About Statutory Compliances (P.F, PT, ESIC, etc.) Any Other HR Related work if needed. General Admin Work Director personal Policy Follow up
