Core Activities : Recruitment (On Roll & Off Role) Managing Employee Life Cycle in HRMS Employee Engagement Activities PMS Contract Management Compliance Statutory (PF, PT, LWF, S&E, FSSAI, Trade License) HR Operations- Co-ordination with store Teams Handling Audits Initiate Disciplinary Actions Administration activity at Stores ( If Needed) Education / Experience / Skills : MBA(HR)/PGDBA(HR) with 3-5 years(overall) Builds relationships and leverages them to drive outcomes Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong influencing and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated capability in project and time management skills. A team player with a willingness to go above and beyond Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization Strong and proven analytical skills Willingness to travel Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data-related tools.
