• End to End Recruitment cycle. • On boarding and Performing orientation for new employees • Collecting and maintaining all employee documents and updating the same in database. • Liaison between employees and employers. • Update and maintain various recruitment record masters and analysis for the same, Master excels update. • Leaves and Attendance Management • Salary processing • Statutory compliance like PF, ESIC and P.Tax. • Exit formalities, coordinating in regards to handover and separation of employee and Full and final settlement process. • Admin related work like Travel and hotel bookings also coordinating with vendors in same regards. • Conveyance and Credit card details reconciliation. • Keep monthly track of the renewals and coordinate accordingly
