We are hiring! The company is looking for HR Specialist to join its team in Ahmedabad (Thaltej). This individual will be responsible for Human Resource management and process excellence including formulating and implementing organizational policies. Roles & Responsibilities: · Handle end to end HR operations · Employee record creation and employee record management · Employee documentation handling process · Employee communications including preparation of appointment letters, confirmation & increment letters, transfer letters, miscellaneous letters · Keep track of confirmation, increments and appraisals of employees · Employee engagement activities for the region · Assisting reporting manager in daily reporting · Conducting regular HR 1-on-1 sessions · Regular maintenance of database of recruitment and other employees Desired skills: · 02-05 Years Experience · Proficient in MS Office · Excellent Communication Skills · Quick Grasping ability
