Job Description

Strategic Role  Implementing strategy decisions in consultation with management to increase productivity & motivation of entire team.  Provides feedback to management regarding grape wines and under currents to protect from any sudden breakdowns.  Provide various MIS data to management for strategic decision  Ensuring healthy work culture in the organisation.  Creates new policies and suggest alteration in existing policies to increase productivity and motivation of employees.  Should do the advocacy of employees and safe guard them from any misshapen with in the company’s framework. HR Role  Designing plans and strategy to attract and hire right talent in the organisations  Ensure the availability of right talent at right time.  Prepare HR budgets and manpower planning in consultation with management.  Designing the Job description & specification for each role in the organization and keep up dating the same as & when required.  Design and implement the retention strategy in consultation with management to retain right talents in the organisation.  Monitoring and analyzing the performance & behavior of all employees in consultation with the irrespective HOD/immediate supervisors.  Designing and implementing performance appraisal system in consultation with management to give promotions and increments.  Plays a role of arbitrator / mediators in case of disputes to maintain harmony and industrial peace.  Grievance management for better coordination and healthy environment  Design and implement various employee engagement and motivational activities in consultation with management  Knowledge about online salary software Personnel & Administrative Role  Issuing various letters and certificates to employee like appointment letter/offer letter/increment & promotion letter/address proofs etc.to prove his employment & performance with the company.  Manage the employee life cycle in proper order (Allocation and replacement of uniform/ID/Email/Mobile/desk/system etc.)  Manage joining & exit formalities.  Keep a track of daily attendance of the employee and monitor any deviation in it.  Proper maintenance of the employees records and documents, in system and manually and ensure that all their information remains confidential.  Maintaining all records pertaining to legal and statutory compliance under his purview and ensure in time payment for all such compliances.  Liasioning with govt. authorities and satisfactory responses to their inquiries.  Manage and process the remuneration aspects of the employees which includes their compensation, perks, incentives, benefits etc.  Follow the disciplinary action process in case of any violation of rules or in case of unacceptable behaviour. Mentoring & Coaching  Identifying training need so fall employees through various techniques.  Ensure all the employees receive appropriate training and have the necessary knowledge to perform their duties effectively.  Increase the people productivity by motivating and empowering team.  Create training calendar for all employees & ensure all employees are covered in a year for training.  Proper induction and orientation needs to be done for all new joinee.  Develop the career path of all the employees and recommend high performer for higher responsibility or role change.  Conduct various soft skill training as per calendar & measure the effectiveness of the same.  Ensure all employees are covered under training initiatives of principal as applicable.  Give feedback and design performance improvement plans for low performers in consultation with the management. REQUIREMENTS: • Educational: o M.B.A. or equivalent in the field of Human Resources. Degree in law/Psychology will be added advantage o Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial capacity in any reputed service company is must. o Experience in engineering set up will be added advantage. o Working know ledge of computers and modern communication devices. • Functional Skill: o Knowledge of recruitment, PMS and HR operations is must. o Knowledge of legal laws and statutory compliance is required o Knowledge of TNI, Organisational development will be added advantage. • Soft Skill: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Excellent inter personal skills. o Self‐starter and excellent team player. o Extrovert and pleasing personality.
