🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team at Smart Lion Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and volume hiring mandates for our clients.

• 🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Handle client requirements with timely updates and strong coordination.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and internal database.
• Conduct detailed telephonic screening to assess candidate fitment.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers.
• Ensure quality submissions, quick TAT, and strong follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
• 🎯 Requirements1–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Recruitment Consulting / Staffing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and multi-task.
• Good understanding of sourcing tools & hiring trends.
