Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn using advanced search techniques and Boolean strings
- Identify relevant profiles based on job requirements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Send professional outreach messages to candidates
- Track responses and maintain accurate candidate records in Excel
- Coordinate with the hiring manager/recruiter on shortlisted profiles
- Provide weekly reports on sourcing activity and pipeline status
Requirements
