Job Description Of Export Sales Manager. • Take care of all International Leads. • Communicate with old/New international leads and close that. • Increase relationships with international clients. Check their festivals, special days and wish them to build a strong business relationship • Do international market research , prepare details report and share with Sir/ Ma’am monthly basis. • Prepare different draft for different countries. • Prepare a monthly report of all leads and share with Sir/Madam end of the month. • Give quick replies on email and whatsapp messages. • Find top indian/international companies who are exporting stevia . keep your eagle eye on those companies • studying the market in the target country or countries • identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts • planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends • planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges • meeting with Domestic/International clients here or overseas • negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets • organising licences and other legal requirements for certain products, such as pharmaceuticals • managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents • troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports. • You will have to spend time developing and maintaining good contacts with clients, distributors and suppliers.
