1. Daily Calling & initiating the conversation with the prospect and sharing all the required information about company's Loan offerings. 2. Clarifying prospects all queries and scheduling home/ office visit of Sales executive for document collection. 3. Collect financial information (e.g. taxes, debts) 4. Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a home loans 5. Email of documentation required list to be sent to Clients. 6. Daily MIS to be maintained for follow up references. Also Maintaining records of weekly and monthly MIS/status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Operations. 7. Ensuring strong follow-up with the prospect till the final stage and assisting the sales team member in closing the sale 8. Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool Educational Qualification: Graduation, B.Com, B.B.A., B.B.M., B.M.M.
