Job Description
Marketing Executive
- To generate qualified leads, brand visibility, and dealer/customer engagement for our engineering products (construction machinery, industrial equipment, etc.), and support sales growth.
1. Lead Generation (Most Important)Identify and generate leads from:
- Contractors, builders, infra companies
- Government tenders
- Dealers & distributors
- IndiaMART / TradeIndia
2. Dealer & Customer DevelopmentAppoint new dealers in target regions
- Maintain relationships with existing dealers
- Plan exhibitions, site visits, demos
3. Market ResearchTrack competitors (pricing, product, positioning)
- Identify new opportunities (new cities, segments)
- Collect feedback from sales team & customers
5. Sales SupportPrepare brochures, presentations, quotations support
- Work closely with sales team for conversions
- CRM tracking of leads → closure
Candidate Profile Must-Have Experience in B2B / Industrial / Engineering products marketing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field visits + digital work
- Good-to-Have Knowledge of construction industry
- Experience with dealers/distributors network
- Basic understanding of machinery/products
Qualification MBA (Marketing) preferred OR
- Graduate with relevant experience
