Hiring For – Merchandiser Sourcing Manager Function – Factory Growth Working - 6 Days Responsibilities: 1- Working closely with a set of factories for alignment of business needs. 2- Working on their business growth, P&L, Operations, etc. with a strong execution plan of action. 3. Get latest and maximum sampling from factories and ensure its correct representation on platform. 4. Make sure the products sourced are price competitive with respect to online and offline markets. 4. Actively work with factories for quality improvement, timely dispatch and maximum fulfillment. 5. Understand retailer feedbacks as well as the platform needs and accordingly approach factories with sourcing requirements. 6. Responsible for manufacturer education and making him data and tech-centric.
