Responsibilities of candidates include: 1) Preparing challan and invoices for material on computer 2) Maintaining employees log in and logout entries in register and computer 3) Applying stickers on the coil as per challan before dispatch the order to the party 4) Should be able to recruit workers and operators whenever required for the company 5) Should be ready to travel to get required materials for the company 6) Should be flexible to work at 8 am to 8 pm shift 7) Should have at least 6 months experience in preparing challan and admin job 8) Should be ready to work as and when new responsibilities comes . 9) Computer skills are required 10) Knowledge and experience on MS Office 11) Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies 12) Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations 13) Screen phone calls and route callers 14) Use the computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research 15) Greet and assist visitors 16) Maintain polite and professional communication by phone, email, and regular mail 17) Knowledge of Tally
