Position: - Operation Manager (Mobile Repair and Refurbishment) Salary: - No bar for right candidate Job Location: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Reporting to: - COO Roles & Responsibilities: Planning and organizing production schedules Overseeing production processes Able to resolve Quality and Technical issues. Provide daily operational data to COO. Preparation of MIS, daily monthly, weekly or as required. Reporting Output & individual Productivity Supervise and Motivate team. Discuss objectives/KPIs/incentive system for the staff (Approved by HO) and monitor them Qualification:- Diploma or Degree in Electronics and Communication Skills:- · Excellent Leadership Quality, Able to handle team of 100 employees. · Excellent in Reporting to COO/ Director. · Good Planning, Communication and Organizing Skill
