Responsibilities • To define ,documents ,control ,maintain and improve all manufacturing processes including CNC turning ,VMC ,centreless grinding ,hardening ,stamping and assembly for precision mechanical components • Tool and machines setting for CNC turning ,VMC etc • To troubleshoot component manufacturing process and quality issues • To Support continual improvement in outgoing product quality Knowledge / Skills • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling including CNC turning. ,VMC ,mechanical presses and assembly for precision mechanical components Understanding mechanical engineering drawings for precision components Troubleshooting of quality and productivity issues • Skills : Planning,teamwork style,problem solving,analytical skills ,action oriented.
