Job Description
-To be in Close Coordination with Design Team, Quality team, and Manpower to Achieve the Successful Development and Assembly of the RMC Plant as per Design -To follow the Project timeline and Break it into Step by Step Activities to plan the Production/Assembly accordingly and Complete the project within the time frame. -Should be Competent for Setting up Assembly line of the developed product to bring it into Bulk Production. -Will be Responsible for handling Production Team of up to 20 Workers initially. -Will Make sure to Achieve Required quality standards of the Production processes like Cutting, Bending, Welding, Assembly, Painting/Galvanising, Packing, Loading and All the fabrication processes required. -Responsibility of Supply of All the required resources to the Production team on time, to avoid any Break downs or delays. -Responsible for keeping track of the Development Timeline provided by the management and Providing day-to-day Production reports to Management. -Responsible for Alerting the Concerned department regarding any factor leading the project off track ( Alerting Purchase department in case of Material/ consumable/ hardware or Other material shortage, Alerting Quality Manager in case of Quality related issues) -To follow SAP/ERP procedures.
